Can You All Do Me A Favor?

I've been keeping blogs as a business experiment: Will people look and can I avoid being shut down for spamming while promoting either myself or my business? The answer is a definite yes, but only if I do it right.

I can not just arbitrarily expand my audience by "friending" every suggestion that comes down the pipe. However, anyone can "friend" me if I look interesting. As a favor, please "like" my posts, especially if you really do like them, and feel free to "share" them too. It will get my blogs and profile out to a larger audience and I never post anything that I don't want known publicly.

The blog posts I most want promoted are the HancockFamilyChaos posts. They are my most popular blog series and I really want people to know me better and to see that I am a genuine human being, not a mindless spam machine. Plus there's the benefit of seeing what posts get the most hits and comments so I can guess better at what people are interested in.

Thank you for you support and readership,
Christine

Yes, I am a human.

Welcome to my business blog. I can’t really imagine why you are reading this. Maybe something I said on another post interested you in me personally, or maybe you just want to know if I’m a real human being.

Yes, I am human. As a matter of fact I have a fantastic family. Immediately there is myself; then there’s Aaron, my wonderful husband and business partner; and two children (ages 4 and 2) who keep me aware that I have priorities in my life and throughout the day. They also drive me a little crazy, but that’s their job within the family business.

I am an Amway Independent Business Owner. I love owning this little business and I want it to grow. Challenges to this business include my physical location (remote town in Northern Michigan), and the amount of time I have in a day (the kids need a great deal of time and attention). However, all a challenge is, is an opportunity to learn and grow. If my methods of growing and promoting this business will work in remote Northern Michigan, they will work anywhere in the world with internet access.

If you found this blog, chances are the experiment is working.

Below is a link my online store. Go on ahead and have a look. It is an awesome website if I do say so myself. If the link doesn’t work, try copying and pasting the address to your browser.

I will be setting up Twitter and Facebook pages and links for my business as well (today if possible),and begin promoting products I love online.

I’m a little nervous about this venture, but you can’t win if you don’t play.
